By folding topo maps in an ingenious way, the maps may be easily accessed quadrant by quadrant. This allows you to see the NE, NW, SE, and SW sections of the map without having to unfold and refold the map. Instead, you may easily flip between the four quadrants like the pages of a book. The waterproof vinyl TopoCover holds the map securely in its transparent corner pockets, and then folds closed to just 5.5 x 7 inches — about one-sixteenth the size of an unfolded USGS topo map — so using your map when you are out hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, skiiing, backpacking, horseback riding, or biking in the wilderness just got a lot easier!
